Our process is a longer and more intrinsic format than many others in the market, taking in more feelings and comparisons between a 3-4 candidates, rather than putting the best one forward at the start.
The corner stone of our process is to deeply understand the dynamics of the business and the people who are looking to hire the new person. We carefully evaluate personalities and dominant styles on both sides before putting them together, and only when we are satisfied, do we arrange a meeting and sit in as facilitator to ensure both parties are clear on what to expect going forward.
